Acceptable use policy

This policy forms part of the Customer Agreement. It applies to everyone who uses a Zhon1 Tech product.

You must not

• use the Service for anything unlawful, misleading or deceptive, including giving customers quotes you know to be false;
• try to access another customer's account or data, or probe, scan or test the security of the Service without our written permission (see our security policy for responsible disclosure);
• interfere with or overload the Service, or use automated tools to scrape it;
• share login details, or let people outside your business use your account;
• upload malware or content that infringes someone else's rights;
• enter sensitive information (such as health information) about individuals;
• copy, resell or reverse engineer the Service, or use it to build a competing product.

Your customers' information

If you enter details about your own customers, you must collect them lawfully and tell those customers how you use them.

What happens if this policy is breached

We will usually contact you first and ask you to fix the issue. We may suspend access as set out in the Customer Agreement, including immediately where needed to protect the Service, other customers or the public.
