Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Zhon1 Tech solar quoting platform (the “Service”), operated from Australia by Zhon1 Tech Pty Ltd (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and, where applicable, the business you represent.
1. The Service
The Service provides quoting tools for solar and battery installations, including rebate and incentive estimation, pricing configuration, team management and quote history. The Service is provided on a software-as-a-service basis to business customers.
2. Accounts and responsibilities
- You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure.
- The account owner is responsible for the actions of users they invite.
- You must not misuse the Service, attempt to access other tenants' data, or reverse engineer the platform.
3. Quotes, rebates and professional responsibility
Rebate and incentive calculations (including STC and state scheme values) are estimates based on the configuration you control and rules that change over time. You are responsible for verifying quotes before presenting them to customers and for compliance with the laws and scheme rules that apply to your business. The Service is a tool, not financial, legal or regulatory advice.
4. Subscriptions and billing
- Access to the Service requires an active paid subscription. You can request a guided demo before subscribing.
- Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or annually, in Australian dollars via Stripe. Prices include applicable GST where stated at checkout.
- You may cancel at any time via the billing portal; access continues to the end of the paid period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except as required by law.
5. Your data
Your pricing configuration and quotes remain yours. We store them securely, isolated per customer, in Australia. Our handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy. You can export your pricing configuration at any time from the admin panel.
6. Availability and support
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, and we may modify features provided the core Service is not materially degraded. Support is provided by email.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by law (including the Australian Consumer Law, which may confer guarantees that cannot be excluded), our total liability arising out of the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits from quotes prepared using the Service.
8. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms or create security risk, with notice where practicable. On termination we will make your data available for export for a reasonable period.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified in-app or by email at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.
