Website terms of use

These terms apply to anyone who visits zhon1tech.com (the "website"). They do not cover our software products or our website-building services. Those are covered by the Customer Agreement and the Web Services Terms.

1. Who we are

The website is operated by Zhon1 Tech Pty Ltd (ACN 700 514 478, ABN 84 700 514 478), a company registered in Victoria, Australia ("Zhon1", "we", "us"). You can contact us at info@zhon1tech.com.

2. Using the website

You may browse the website, read its content and contact us through it. You must not:

• use the website in a way that breaks any law, or that interferes with its operation or security;
• try to access parts of the website, our systems or other people's data that you are not authorised to access;
• scrape, copy or republish substantial parts of the website for commercial purposes without our written permission;
• send us material that is unlawful, misleading, or contains malware.

3. Information on the website

We work to keep the website accurate and current. Figures shown in demonstrations (for example sample quotes) are illustrative only and are labelled as such. Nothing on the website is financial, legal, tax or engineering advice, and rebate and incentive rules change over time.

Prices shown on the website are in Australian dollars and include GST.

4. Intellectual property

The website, our logos, the Zhon1 Tech name, and the website's text, design and code are owned by us or licensed to us. You may view and print pages for your own reference. Any other use needs our written permission.

Logos and names of other businesses shown on the website (for example in a case study) belong to those businesses and are shown with their permission.

5. Links to other websites

The website may link to websites run by other people. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

6. Privacy and cookies

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information, including what cookies the website uses and how to change your cookie choice.

7. Our liability

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot be excluded.

Subject to that, the website is provided free of charge and "as is", and to the extent permitted by law we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the website, or from relying on general information published on it.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version and date at the top of this page show when they last changed. Changes apply from the date they are published.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. You and we submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
